Architecture Update: India

India's Architecture Update is a popular magazine that provides all the necessary tools for an architect’s success. It serves it’s audience with relevant research, breaking news, designer tips and the latest building trends from all over the world. In the 2012 June edition our eco friendly 3D wall panels were presented as one of the hottest new products for interior architects that care about both high end design and our planet.

Jaipur-based lifestyle building products distribution company Stylepark launched the new product Wall Art Eco Friendly 3D Panels in India. Exclusive Vendor for the Netherlands based WallArt Europe B.V. in India, WallArt Wall Decors brings wall to life with modern and eco friendly 3D wall panels. The 3D wallpanels are made out of the fibrous residue of sugarcane – called bagasse. Which are crushed sugarcane stalks, the remainings after raw sugar is extracted from the juice of the sugarcane by shredding it. The raw material is 100 percent recycled, compostable and therefore 100 percent biodegradable. These panels are 500-mm x 500-mm each in size, and designed to form a distinct pattern when put together. They are glued to the wall with the panels butted together. The joins between panels are then filled and sanded back. After installing them they can be painted in any colour to suit the interior of home or office.
