Right of Withdrawal

In the case of delivery of products:

When purchasing a product, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day after the consumer receives the product.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with due care. The consumer shall only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they shall return the product with all supplied accessories, in its original condition, and in its original undamaged packaging to the trader, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are required to notify mywallart.com of this within 14 days of receiving the product. After notifying mywallart.com of their intention to withdraw, the consumer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must be able to demonstrate that the goods were returned in a timely manner, for example by means of proof of shipment.

If the consumer has neither notified mywallart.com of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal nor returned the product to mywallart.com within the aforementioned periods, the sale is final.

Costs in the Event of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs of outward and return shipment shall be borne by the consumer, up to a maximum of the actual shipping costs.

If the consumer has made a payment, mywallart.com shall refund this amount as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of withdrawal, provided that the product has already been received by mywallart.com or conclusive proof of complete return shipment has been submitted.

Where a product was ordered in a specific colour, a charge of 10% of the purchase price shall apply.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

mywallart.com may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for certain products as described herein. Such exclusion of the right of withdrawal shall only apply where the trader has clearly communicated this in the offer, or at the latest prior to the conclusion of the agreement.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

  1. that have been produced by mywallart.com in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
  2. that are clearly of a personal nature;
  3. that were ordered in a specific colour.

If you wish to return a product, this is only possible following prior consultation with mywallart.com and provided the product is returned in its original undamaged packaging.
