Line-drawn leaves for quieter rooms
Verdure is based on one botanical shape: a broad, fanned leaf, drawn in lines. Fine strokes run outward from each stem and trace the ribs of the leaf. Compared to Botany it is more open, more like a drawing than a texture.
Each panel has two large leaves, one at the top and one in the lower half. The edge of the panel cuts them off, so the shape seems to continue beyond the frame.
The design stays within one tone, so it adds shape to a wall without much contrast. It suits Japandi and warm minimalist interiors, and rooms where you want some calm: bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways and home offices.
The felt absorbs sound, which is useful in those same rooms, where tiled floors, plastered walls and large windows make sound carry.
Styling tip: hang two panels side by side. The leaves alternate across the pair, so together they look like one composition.
